These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland, with disputes subject to binding arbitration in Geneva. Members consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Swiss courts for any matters not subject to arbitration.
We may update these terms periodically. Members will be notified of material changes and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
